Initial hearing screen

Lactation & Breastfeeding Services

Prenatal Lactation Consult

Assessment and education:

Breast anatomy evaluation
Medication evaluation when pregnant/and while breastfeeding
Breastfeeding success planning

Tongue Tie (Ankyloglossia)

Assessment and education:

Latching assessment
Tongue Tie evaluation (Hazelbaker scoring)
Tongue Tie release if necessary (Frenotomy)

Breastfeeding Support Consult

Assessment and education:

Latching issues
Supply issues (hyperlactation and hypo-lactation)
Engorgement
Plugged ducts / Mastitis
Pumping & back to work education
Inducing lactation or re-lactation
